Education

Education is the beginning of professional practice.

“Maybe one day I can become an artist.” ↓ “I already am an artist — and my community believes in me.”

Through CAMP — the Cyclical Artistic Mentorship Program — emerging creatives learn inside real productions, beside working professionals, in the state that raised them.

Young artists deserve to be paid. Compensation declares that their spirit and creativity already hold value.

Between identities, cultures, languages, and ways of knowing. A place of uncertainty — and of transformation, where realities dissolve and new ones are created.

Rooted in Indigenous, Pueblo, Genízaro, Latino, Mixed, Queer, and interconnected communities — we move seven steps ahead while carrying the wisdom of seven generations.

We honor the in-between places our communities have traveled, and recognize ancestral knowledge as a force behind creation.
